The chart below shows the forms you and your parents must file in order to be considered for particular types of financial aid. The deadline for all forms is May 1, 2008.

* Includes National Merit ($1,000 award only), College Honors, Manaster-Solomon, Dolin, Kenwood, University Scholar, and Argonne Scholarships. Recipients of the $2,000 National Merit Scholarship sponsored by the University of Chicago must submit the PROFILE, the FAFSA, the University of Chicago Application for Financial Aid, and federal income tax returns; University Scholars who would like to be considered for need-based financial aid must also submit these documents.
