Loan Questions

• Determines eligibility for federal loans
• Provides information on alternative loan programs and Parent PLUS loan program
• Certifies all federal and alternative loans

• Disburses all loan funds
• Handles all loan exit and entrance counseling
• Complete the Perkins Master Promissory Note here
• Answers questions about loan borrowing history & loan disbursements

• Ensures that loans disbursed electronically are applied appropriately to student’s account

Billing Questions

• Generates bill for tuition, fees and room &board
• Answers questions about payment options
• Assists in explaining charges and credits on your bill
• Accepts payments

Grant/Scholarship Questions

• Administers State, Federal and University Grant Programs
• Outside scholarship checks should be sent here

Miscellaneous Questions

• Reviews academic progress to ensure eligibility for financial aid
• International students pick up stipend checks here
• Assists with questions about how aid may change given enrollment, housing or study abroad changes

• Loan checks not disbursed electronically are in this office for signature by borrower
• Answers questions about loan consolidation

• Assesses late payment fees and restricts students due to insufficient or non-payment
• Processes Refund checks
• Upon request, will bill outside agencies for charges.
